like me – I talked to over 20 mothers, each with a different opinion on everything, read through all of BGmama, Facebook groups, books, scientific papers, and articles from WHO, CDC, NHS, Pirogov, and more – and on top of that, watched 100+ hours of YouTube videos, at night (exactly when everyone tells you to get some sleep) 🤦♀️.
My head looked like this: 🤯 (max level overwhelmed). I created this site so you wouldn’t have to go through the same, because I’ve gathered everything I found useful here 😉 I hope it helps you.

About me
Who’s behind the project
I’m Polly (IG, LI) – a mother, entrepreneur, and someone who loves turning chaos into beautiful structure. I created this site because I was overwhelmed by the sheer number of different, often conflicting opinions about everything related to pregnancy and motherhood. I’m not a doctor or a health/baby expert. I’m a woman searching for information, verifying reliable sources, and loving to organize and order that information – for myself, for my clients’ businesses, and now – for future parents.
I’m supported by 20+ moms, friends of mine who are always ready to share advice, ideas, and direction. Also by trusted partners, and most of all by one very special one – my life partner. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! My little helpers are baby Tomi – our “experiment bunny,” whose back and little head you’ll occasionally see in photos, and our poodle Jerry, who (true to poodle nature) is curious and somehow involved in everything. (Yes, we have our own Tom & Jerry 🤭🤷♀️, and yes – only Jerry shows her face here, but that’s a story for another time 🙂)
